Most property buyers have never engaged a buyer’s agent before. They don’t know how to find one, how to compare two, or how to tell a genuine specialist from a generalist with a website.
The industry doesn’t make it easier. There is no objective standard a buyer can point to, no simple way to verify experience, and plenty of agents who will take any client regardless of fit.
Solva exists to be the trust layer. We vet agents against objective criteria, reject the ones who don’t meet the bar, and match the rest to buyers on specialty, not on who shouts loudest.
The five-step buyer journey

Tell us what you’re buying
Four short questions cover where you’re looking, your budget, the property and purpose, and your timeline. It takes about two minutes and needs no login.

We review and qualify your search
A real person reads every submission. We check the brief is something our specialists can genuinely help with, then shortlist agents whose expertise lines up with your purchase.

We match you with 2 to 3 specialists
You’re matched on objective criteria: location coverage, purchase type and proven experience. Not whoever paid the most, not whoever is closest.

The agents reach out to you
Each matched agent contacts you directly, by phone or email, usually within 24 hours. You have a conversation, ask questions and get a feel for their approach.

You choose, or you don’t
Engage one, compare several, or pass on all of them. The relationship is between you and the agent. Solva steps back once the introduction is made.
What makes our match different
Plenty of services will hand you a list of agents. Solva matches on specialty. An interstate investor and a first-home buyer in the same suburb need very different expertise, and a generic directory can’t tell the difference. We can, because we ask the right four questions and we know each agent’s real track record.

What it costs
Nothing. Buyers use Solva free, from first question to final introduction. We’re paid by buyer’s agents, who pay a referral fee only when they sign a new client sourced through us. You will never be invoiced, upsold or charged.
What happens after the match
- Each matched agent contacts you directly within 24 hours.
- You have a no-pressure conversation with each, typically 15 to 30 minutes.
- You compare their approach, fee model and communication style.
- You engage one, several or none. There is no obligation either way.
- If none feel right, tell us and we’ll find you other specialists.
