Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Solva. By using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Solva.

What Solva does

Solva is a marketplace that matches property buyers with vetted buyer’s agents. We make introductions. We are not a party to any engagement, contract or transaction between a buyer and an agent, and we do not provide property, legal or financial advice.

For buyers

Using Solva as a buyer is free. By submitting the intake form you consent to being contacted by the buyer’s agents we match you with. You are under no obligation to engage any agent. Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and that agent.

For agents

Agents must provide accurate information during application and keep their profile current. Approved agents agree to pay Solva a referral commission of 22.5 percent of their agent fee on any engagement signed with a buyer sourced through Solva, invoiced after the engagement is reported and verified and payable within 14 days. The optional Featured tier is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or use Solva for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

Solva provides the matching service with reasonable care but does not guarantee the outcome of any engagement. To the extent permitted by law, Solva is not liable for the conduct, advice or performance of any agent or for any loss arising from a property transaction.
